right now i am 17...and due to fluffy thighs and bittocks, all my collegues make fun of me....now i am so scared that i've even developed an infiriority complex....i am really a slim boy but due 2 dis prob i fear 2 step out of my home...i even can't do vajrasana..so plz suggest me an effective asanas or exercises so that i can overcome this problem as soon as possible....plz...!!

To deal with your overweight or obesity problem, do the warm up exercises for the first week for 20-30 minutes and then in the next week, add surya namaskar to 5 rounds followed by kapalbhati (3 times) and naadhi shuddi pranayama (15 rounds) and progressive relaxation or deep relaxation technique.
