I attended SSY(siddha samadhi yoga)classes 5 years back, that time i am 19yr's old and I lost 5 kg's( 50 kg's to 45) & my height is 5 feet 2 inches.
I am married 2 years back after marriage within 1 year I gained 10 kg's, now I am 60 kg's. when i got married I am 50 kg's. I saw in some site losing 2 kg's per week is normal for health(with regular exercise & diet).
I want to start yoga again and want to lose 15 kg's. Is it possible to lose that much within 2 months with diet and upto 1 1/2 hr yoga practice?
