It is sad to know that you could not achieve your target despite practising asanas and pranayama. But it depends on the consistency of your practice, length of the time since you are practising, duration of your yoga practice, and the present weight and target weight you wanted to achieve and the most important part of this regime is dietary lifestyle that you have changed to achieve the desired result.
