I could not get up in the morning even if i wanted to. I wake up but do not have any energy to open my eyes.

Focus on third eye and think positive for beautiful day ahead.Practice bhastrika pranayama few minutes sitting on the edge of the bed.Energy travel towards the crown of the head.Inhale passive and exhale through nose pumping belly.Close your eyes, pray for the well being of others and gratitude to God

Keep anything - task or music or play or any work you are very excited to be done by you in the morning.

When you wake up, breath in deeply and exhale out fully. Do 10 times before getting up. This will oxygenate your brain cells and this will make your brain active after you will feel easy to get up from the bed.
