You can give 20 minutes to do light loosening exercises / suksham vyayam / yogasanas every day, alternating with two sets of combinations of warmup, asanas and pranayama.

As per your convenience, you can do the following sets:

1st set:

warm up - 5 minutes

yogasanas - 8-10 minutes

pranayama - 3 minutes

relaxation - 2 minute (Quick relaxation or instant relaxation technique)

Under warm up, take light loosening exercises or sukshama vyayvama as designed by Swami Dhirender Brahmachaari.

Under yogasanas, in the first set, you can do tadasana, katichakrasana, uttanapadasana and ardha-chakrasana, vajarasana. In the second set, you can do ardhmatseyndrasana or vakrasana, gomukhasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, dhanurasana.

Under pranayama, on one day, do naadhi shodhan pranayama and on other day, you can do kapalbhati or bhastrika as per time availability but within your stamina and capacity.

I hope that this would serve your purpose.

I believe that lack of the time is not so much severe problem as much as mismanaged time. We find that sometimes we have plenty of time that we are not able to use it effectively and sometimes, we do not have time to breath because so many works / jobs pileup that we could not breath easily.  We need to make list of priority jobs, less priority jobs, etc. and manage them as per availabity of time. So unmanaged time is trouble and managed time is boon. If one is conscious of health and passionate of doing asanas, one can do only five exercises, one each from all category of stretching like I have mentioned at  slide 11 of my slide at https://www.slideshare.net/GulshanKumar11/basics-of-asana-pranayama-beginners-guide-84363036

Thanks Gulshan Kumar mentioning the word mismanagement.Yoga practice can be maintained with every chore even. yoga is not a one hour class, it is a way of life. Practicing few minutes deep nose breathing [Pranayama} add energy and positive vibrations.Few stretches every day with breath is very useful Blessings

I agree with you, Sister that yoga practice can be maintained even at chores also, in fact, yoga practice is for managing chores because it develops a sense of discipline. Discipline once followed will free one of time and energy. Freedom means control of time and energy and that's why control of both of these very subtle wealth is started with control of breath - pranayama and pratyahara because until we control our senses and breath, we cannot control other things of our life.
