The blood pressure you mentioned is very high and needs to be consulted with doctor, if it is usual. I would suggest you to investigate as to whether if any other chronic ailment is there.  Without knowing case history and causes of the high blood pressure, it is not possible to design any line of treatment either in yoga or in diet. However, as a general line of management of yoga therapy with high blood pressure on account of paucity of time, one can follow [but one should not make the following as alternative to doctor or physician's consultation or medicines]

  1. Naadi Shuddhi Pranayama - very slow and full alternate nostril breathing with full awareness of breath as if you are drinking your breath.
  2. Brahmri Pranayama
  3. Ujjayi Pranayama (Oceanic Breathing) = both nostril wise

You can do them either all of them or any of them followed by any of the following relaxation techniques:

  1. Deep Relaxation Technique
  2. Quick Relaxation technique

Alternatively, if you follow yoga nidra or progressive relaxation technique every day or alternate day or on weekends, you will better benefitted.

Refer to the link for information on relaxation: http://www.askyogaexpert.org/answers2questions/89/can-you-further-explain-about-relaxation-techniques

So, you can adjust to do the above pranayama on alternate days alongwith above relaxation techniques i.e. one set of one pranayama (10 minutes) + one  relaxation (20 minutes) and other set on alternate days. In this way, you shall be benefited with yoga for high blood pressure.
