Happiness will be part of our attitude when we will feel satisfied and contented with what we are, we have and where we are and treat all that as grace of God.  We need to focus on evaporating our desires to be happy. This will let ourselves be exist in present. Forgive and forgetting will make happy.

Yoga of giving happiness to all and forgiving all will certainly help you.
