headache after jalaneti

I have been doing jalneti since last 2 days. I am having headache. I am using water without salt. What could be the cause of headache? Should I continue it or not?

Using plain water for jala neti may be the cause or incomplete elimination of water after jala neti by kapalbhati can also cause headache.

It would be better to use salted water and luke warm water for jala neti. I have compiled a list of instructions to be followed during jala neti to avoid post complications. Please go through them and if the headache after jala neti persists even after following the instructions, please consult your physician.
