I wanted to know what other time I can do Pranayama other than morning. Because I work and I'll for work very early. And I also have obesity problem. Is there any way I can feel less hungry. When I did Pranayama my body felt really light and good. I want to start doing it again but it is impossible for me to do it in the morning. Also,how can I loose weight? Please help me I am very desperate to loose weight? I live in USA.
