King George suffered throughout life with stammering. He was limited in his public speeches because of his fear and lack of confidence in his speaking abilities. A speech therapist was able to help him to gain confidence with breathing techniques. Above you can watch the king's speech that occurred on February 25, 2011. Let him inspire your journey and possibly research more to find out more about inner confidence and relaxation related to speech impairments.

"Yoga can help settling the mind into silence. When the mind is settled we are established in our own essential way which is unbounded consciousness."

In this picture, Veena is leading this meditation class to her students LNRC. Meditation is another way to find deep relaxation. Try to implement this practice at least once a day, if not twice, to see benefits.
