I do hatha yoga for years by now,but not professionally, yet at moods. Now,hatha yoga DOES tonify internal organs, but does NOT answer the question of how to get rid of garbages that DID manage to get into the body. This is what I am seeking an answer to now.I see You are an indian to specialize in the traditional hindu health improving techniques. Is there such a technique (traditional vedic or another one) to help me to get rid of wastes, poisons & unwanted in the body other stuffs? How to get rid of trash inside? The calcium that is upon the internal organs? The garbageous layer upon the inestines' walls  that prevents food from direct contact with the natural inner cover of the intestinal channels?Basti?Nauli?Massage?

Apologies for I missed your question. Quite impressed with the analogy or simile that you have used for the internal ecosystem of the body. The garbage you discussed in your question does not come from outside only. These are the metabolic wastes that keeps on accumulating in the body over a long period of time as a result of various bodily metabolic processes and these need elimination from the body to work properly.  Like ama is accumulated over a number of years of digestive processes in the digestive system.  The undigested particles of food get stuck to the stomach lining as a sticky yellowish-white substance called ‘Aama’ in Ayurveda. It further moves down to the small intestine and can get absorbed into the body, creating toxins and causing diseases.  Also, large intestine and rectum are filled with toxic uneliminated morbid matter which requires elimination. And that's why in Yoga, there is a provision for Shatkarmas which has various practices like kunjal for cleansing of upper gastro intestinal tract, vastra dhauti for elimination of excess of vata pitta and kapha from stomach and basti (yogic enema) for cleansing rectum / partly large intestine. Similarly, shankha prakshalan cleanses the whole Gastro intestinal tract using salty warm water. The cleansing has been given so much importance that the very first chapter of Gheranda Samhita has entire focus on the Shatkarmas. These six shatkarmas are Neti, cleansing of the nasal passages, Dhouti, cleansing of the alimentary canal, Nauli, strengthening of the abdominal organs, Basti, cleansing of the large intestine, Kapalbhati, cleansing of the frontal area of the brain and Tratak, intense gazing of a point developing concentration and cleansing the mind.  But remember now a days, cleansing is not enough. Healthy body and mind also requires to ensure that your diet contains all nutrients in order for proper functioning of the body and its immunity, not ignoring sleep as well.

As you asked, there are several traditional Vedic techniques that can help eliminate wastes and toxins from the body. Here are a few examples besides the above. Like Fasting can help the body eliminate toxins and promote healthy digestion. Consider intermittent fasting or juice fasting under the guidance of a qualified practitioner so that it should cause any starvation. One important factor that we usually forget during fasting is rest. Rest allows the body to use the conserved energy during the fasting for healing purpose through elimination of waste toxins.  There is one cleansing technique called colon hydrotherapy. It is a cleansing technique that involves flushing out the colon with water. This can help remove buildup and waste from the intestinal walls. But remember, these techniques should be practiced under the guidance of a qualified practitioner and should be tailored to your individual needs and constitution.

Similarly, in Ayurveda, Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation technique that involves five main therapies: Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Virechana (purgation therapy), Basti (enema therapy), Nasya (nasal administration of herbs), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting). These therapies are designed to eliminate toxins, balance the doshas, and restore overall health and well-being. Abhyanga, or Ayurvedic massage, is another traditional technique that can help eliminate toxins from the body. Massage with warm oil can help improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and remove waste products from the tissues.

Certain ayurvedic herbs, such as aloe vera, psyllium husk, and triphala, can help promote healthy digestion and elimination.  Triphala is an Ayurvedic herbal formula that can help cleanse the digestive system and eliminate toxins from the body. It is made from three fruits: Amla, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki, and is often used as a daily supplement to promote overall health and well-being.  But again any of these remedies should taken only after consulting with your doctor who is well versed with your constitution and your existing disorders.

Accumulation of morbid matters can also be attributed to wrong lifestyle and wrong diet. Early to rise and early to bed sets the biological clock in sync and so, the hormonal cycles as well as detoxifying cycles as per ayurveda.  Even such a small change in lifestyle helps.  You can consult your clinical nutritionist for proper diet to address nutrient deficiency issues.  Eating a diet rich in fiber can help promote healthy digestion and elimination. Fiber helps move waste through the digestive tract, reducing the buildup of toxins and preventing constipation. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet.  Drinking plenty of water can help flush out toxins and support healthy digestion. You can aim to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day but after in consultation with your doctor.

Keeping continued hatha yoga practice, as you mentioned in your question, can help eliminate toxins from the body and promote overall health and well-being. Specific poses, such as twists and inversions, can help stimulate digestion, improve circulation, and promote the elimination of waste products from the body.

One thing more that needs consideration is that the above does not mean that the body does not suo moto eliminates the toxins or eliminates morbid matter.  It does through its normal course of action. But the above techniques act as catalyst or helps the body in easy elimination.

I think this helps. You may write back on further discussion. I will be happy to reply promptly.
