Without overstraining, you may try the following as per your capacity:
(i) Palming: Sit with straight back and close your eyes. Focus on your breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils. Cool air in, warm air out. - Rub your palms together very fast until they feel warm. Then cup them over your closed eyes. - Repeat for 5 times.
(ii) If possible, you may also try surayanamaskar (12 mudras) for 4-5 rounds only.
(iii) Naadi - Shodhana Pranayama - Perform for 15-20 minutes.
(iv) Progressive Relaxation: Part by part relaxation - moving your awareness from big toes of feet throughtout the body to the head /face region and relaxing all parts of your body while keeping your eyes closed in supine position.
