I am doing yoga since 3 months only in early morning(5.30am/7.30am),I prefer to take 300ml of water before 1/2 an hour of doing yoga which helps in excretion,but i have heard 1 hour gap should be followed after taking any liquid items but due to time limitation i can't go as like what should i do ?

Is it good to do pranayama just after taking bath ?
