Many times, I get acidity. What should I then. It is not I get frequently. What should I do to avoid such situation?

As general instructions you should avoid non-vegetarian foods as well as restrict protein rich foods like pulses.

The most important things in addition to above which should be followed to get rid of acidity in morning are

  • To chew every bite of your meal atleast 30 times before engulfing inside. It works wonder. Many people in my sessions have given me good feedback when they started practice of chewing enough times and their prolonged acidity was gone.
  • State of mind should be pleasant and peaceful during every meal. Avoid talking too much while eating. When you are tensed, take very light meal.
  • Avoid seeing television during any meal and focus on taste while eating.
  • Get your least meal before 7 :00 pm every day.
  • Drink plenty of water every day as per your body’s constitution and capacity.
  • Early morning, you may drink lemon water or amla water (gooseberry). You can start with very small quantity and increase upto one glass every day, if you can.
