I am not able to breath properly. Is it good to breathe slowly or fast and deeply. Because Whenever I breathe slowly I feel my mooladhara chakra vibrating and that frightens me. I could not practice slow breathing exercises or pranayama or meditation. I just get more and more concentrated over mooladhara chakra and some sort of fear takes over me that takes rapid breathing or sleep to get me back to normal. Please guide me through.

Dear Rishi, thank you for writing here. I am sorry for I could not get the clear picture of the issue that you suffer, from the text of the question.

If you experience difficulty in breathing and develop feelings of fear during certain breathing exercises, it is essential to rule out any underlying medical conditions or concerns.

Breathing techniques, such as pranayama, can have profound effects on the body and mind, but they should be practiced with caution and under appropriate guidance. Not all techniques work well for everyone, and some practices may trigger unintended reactions in certain individuals.

In view of the above, I request for more inputs from your side as to which sort of chakra meditation, etc. do you practice with ratio of purak:kumbakh:rechak during pranayama, and the thoughts that come to your mind during fear, to have clear idea of your practices.
