Because of short cut feeling, we can't sleep.Sleep need relaxation,surrendeing feeling.Quiet mind will let you sleep.Please practice few minutes meditation .Close your eyes, surrender to God and chant Om.Practice warrior two after warm up and take the bolster under your lower back, close to sacrum, lift legs up, stretch little by little, don't hyper extend your knees.Upper body stays relax on the floor.Stay few minutes in the insertion position.Mind release anxiety and add peace.Integration of negative thoughts and positive thoughts blend ultimately find peace to sleep.You can't force even keeping eyes closed and chanting Om will relax you.
