Practice Vipritakarni, legs  up on the wall, tail bone on the bolster, stretching legs, toes towards your belly and stretching calves, hamstrings and lower back.Breathing slowly through nose and exhaling through nose as well. Stay still few minutes and after few minutes slide legs on the side and stay fetus position few seconds and away from the wall, surrender yourself in savasana. Focus on third eye and close gently eyelids during chanting OM.

After om chanting practice, daily practice autogenic training. Even if you do not sleep after autogenic training, but you will relax to the extent that you will not suffer from problems arising from insomnia.

Truly said, we can also adopt the theory of let go everything what has happened in life or present day, then it will relax the mind and can help one to sleep.

Yes Gulshan Kumar,it should be our mantra for every night before we go to sleep, surrender on the bed and mentally chant Om. Focus on the third eye and breathe slowly inhale through nose and exhale deeper than inhale through nose.may be 6 times. You can increase with time if you feel comfortable. Thanks. Blessings

Focus on positive aspects of your life.May be some physical exercise which could make you tired and create endorphins in the body, mind gets calmer and relaxed to sleep.Lying down on your bed surrendering yourself and focusing few deep breaths through nose, mentally chant Om.No body can force to sleep, just let go and surrender to hIgher Power.
