Yes it depends the stage of uterus prolapse. If it is early stage, you may practice Bridge pose.Lie down on your back, bend your knees, hug your knees and slowly press your feet down, hips width apart. Root your feet, engage core and lift your but cheeks up.May be wild the outer edge of the mat, pushing away from your chest, to create more space for breathing and collar bones apart. Kegal exercise to strengthen the pelvic floor.Practice slowly and steady breathe through nose and exhale slowly through nose as well.May be hold few seconds in the position and repeat it 5 times. Avoid heavy lifting if possible. Some times , prolapse is also due to severe constipation. One should avoid the fibrous diet and consume more water if possible.Enema can also be considered part of the treatment as explained below in the picture posted by Gulshan Kumar.

yes, the points are very helpful. Alongwith it, complete rest is also suggested. Sometimes, prolapse is also due to severe constipation or heavy accummulation of faecal for long time in the transverse colon of the large intestine which push the uterus downward. So, one should take care of the fibrous diet, and take steps to keep away constipation as well. Enema can also be the part of the treatment so as to relieve the intestines from toxicity and healing of the abdominal organs.
