Body's electrical system links with the nervous system and therefore yogasanas having positive effect on brain and spinal nerves will improve electrical / neuro coordination. Chakrasana and paschimmotanasana will improve the flexibility of the spine and sarvangasana will nourish brain cells.  Ekpadasana will help develop neuromuscuar coordination.

Relaxation and meditation calms the mind and so strenghtens the nervous systems.

Mantra yoga with concentration on six chakras of the astral body will help.

Body's electrical system and nervous system is  aligned together.Yoga asanas which stimulate the nervous system will help the alignment of the physical body. I am more familiar with Paschimmotanasana and. Ekpadasana to integrate the body, mind and soul.For improving the flexibility of the spine shoulder stand can be helpful. Invertions to build the immune system can be helpful if practiced under the supervision of professional yoga Instructor.
