I have busy life style and therefore could not do exercise and yoga. Sometimes I starts this schedule but it remains no more after a few days. What should I do?

If you cannot spare time in doing exercise or yoga, then you will be bound to dedicate much greater time than the total time of exercise during health chronic issues. If you spend little but regular time today in doing exercise and diet, you will save that great time by avoiding the diseases.

The only thing which is required from your side is to make habit of doing exercise and to make exercising a habit, you should start with very little time every day for 28 days and when this becomes a habit, then you can increase the time period of exercise to get extra benefits.

We all have busy life style, we need food to live same way, make habit to have a healthy life style few minutes every day.Warrior two asana, open the hips and chest.Keep collar bones apart to add more energy.Few minutes relaxation, savasana and meditation.It will increase the efficiency of life better.Your attitude will be more positive and patience will develop peace and calmness. Truly stated. We need to make habit just like we have habit of eating food. The habit should be not too large to followed for a long time. Rather, this should be mini-habit like starting with only one minute posture daily and slowly increasing the time for the yoga session. This will require very minimum will power and can be easily followed and maintained for a long time.
