i am doing a workout program call p90x. it has a yoga workout. i have been getting better at all of it and i'm starting to enjoy the yoga workout. they do a move call worrier 3. you balance on one leg. lean foward like your flying and the other leg is behind you. after that, you go ino half moon. then twisting half moon. your on one leg for just over 2 minutes total. my proplem is. after the worrier 3 leaning forward. you put your hand to the ground to do standing splits. before you go into the half moon. when i put my hands to the floor. my leg goes numb very fast. like i cut off blood flow. it feels like it goes to sleep. and i have trouble standing after that. i want to know how to get this to stop.is there a stretch or something i can do?i do construction work. and have the same kind of problem if i squat down.  but only some time. if i do 10 or 20 squats i'm good all week. but if i just squat down for a few minutes. then try to stand up. i have knee pain and have to streath in my legs. i'm wondering if it's a circulation proplem. and what i can do to improve this. i am already seeing improvements over all with the yoga. and i've only done it like 6 times once per week. thanks for any advise.

Thank you for sharing your query here.

In the first instance, I would like to suggest you to take deep breath 5-7 times before attempting the posture of half moon and while attempting, follow the below principle:

Exhale while forwarding and inhale while backwarding and once you hold your posture of half moon, do not hold your breath.

Slowly increase your stamina and do not attempt the posture beyond your capacity.

Please follow the above and let me know if you still face such discomfort, so that I can suggest other points.
