While doing he got headache backside of the head. Then he stop doing it. He did only once. He did 5 days back. After that he is having little headache at backside of the head. It's mild and not continues. When ever little stressed it's coming.even normally also. Coming and going.

Along with this headache has chit, chit sound at left ear. There was little pain at right and left ear back side, While using mobile and even while watching laptop. It's bearable and mild but causing discomfort.

Previously getting headache at backside for heavy stress but now even small thinking also causing it and cannot feel to work infront of laptop.

Can you please guide how to come out from this situation
 Thanks alot in advance.

Thanks for your trust to share your issues.

Sinuses and ears are connected inside head. So sinus congestion and stuffiness can affect the pressure in your ears.  A sinus infection can cause fluid to be trapped in the ear behind the eardrum. Bacteria and viruses can grow and can cause an ear infection. It's especially important to get to the doctor if you're feeling pain or pressure in the ear as well as in the headache. Headaches that may be caused by sinus infections may last up to two weeks or more, depending on the severity of your sinus infection.

Please clarify if  the IG Test is Immunoglobin test or some other test.  To check whether you did neti correctly, please share how did you practiced it, so that I can in a better position to recommend anything. It would be better if you could mention his age and other disorders if any to enable me correlate all the things and suggest accordingly.

I have perused your following personal reply to my query in the above comments section: "From yesterday I am feeling better not much head ache and ear pain. I used plastic neti boil( attached image). As this first time after kept bottle in one nozzle I pressed bottle with and later I understood I put pressure on bottle so water also had put pressure in nose. While doing from left side I did not open mouth. But while doing from right side I opened mouth. As per my experience I understood I did some mistake that I realised after did it by watching videos and by seeing your forum. Now I am feeling ok. But chit chit sound is there in left ear. Note : After did it I feel my nose is cleared. One more thing there is cold for me only getting hot air in nose and little suffocation. It's a wonderful technique instead of medicine. Still I am using medicine."

That's great that you are feeling ok now.  I would suggest you to use metallic or ceramic Neti Pot (Himalayan's) as illustrated , if possible, below instead of bottle or even plastic of at least make up, for good results:

Use saline & luke warm water in it and make flow the water from one nostril to other and vice versa.  Thereafter, please make sure that you gently dry nostrils with kapalabhati pranayama or just simply repeated exhalations.  I repeat that you make sure that there should not be remnant water left in the nostrils after completing the neti. You will feel presence of mini-water-droplets on the palm of your hand on forceful exhalations over it, if your nostrils have little bit of water left therein. Also, ensure that the water used is clean and sterilized to avoid infection and the breathing should continue through mouth (instead of nostrils) during the process of neti.  Please go through Checklist for Beginners to Jala Neti and Dos & Donts during Jala Neti.

It would be appreciated to kindly elaborate "One more thing there is cold for me only getting hot air in nose and little suffocation."  to let me understand more clearly.
