You cmahasirs-mudraan practice Mahasirs mudra for headache for 15 minutes three times a day, either sitting ideally. In this mudra, the tips of the thumb, index finger and middle finger should touch each other. Extend the little finger and place the ring finger into the fold of the thumb. This mudra will help you in headache, relieve you of tension and eliminate mucous congestion in the frontal sinuses
