Nilesh, nasal polyp, a non-cancerous growth of tissue in the lining of the nose or sinuses and associated with allergies and chronic sinusitis are responsible for feeling of fullness in the face, loss of smell, sneezing, and a blocked nose. This may also be resulting in allergic rhinitis as well. So far as symptoms are concerned, jala neti will help you in getting relieved. But take care for sutra neti which can hurt your nasal pathyway due to obstruction. Till then take the help of Homeopathy and jala neti to irrigate the nasal passages and sinuses. This will help clear the nasal passages as well as reduce the nasal sensitivity and reduce the inflammation in the nasal passages.

No doubt, sutra neti is a yogic cleansing technique that can be used to clear out the nasal cavity, reduce inflammation, and improve airflow. But while sutra neti can be beneficial, it should only be done under the guidance of a trained practitioner specially in your case with polyp who can decide the kind of polyp in your right nostril. If it's non bleeding polyp and smaller in size, then Neti can help.  You may start with Jala neti for few weeks. Thereafter it may be followed by catheter neti, instead of sutra neti. If you get good results, you may go ahead with cotton sutra but with utmost care. You will have to do neti more frequently like on daily basis or alternate days. However, we suggest that you must consult your physician to get your nasal polyp diagnosed before you practice neti.
