Although it is better to practice Kapalbhati in the morning on empty stomach and also after attending to the natural calls in the morning, if you do not have time in morning, you can practice in the evening with the condition that you should first relax so that you relieve your fatigue first and there should be a gap of 3 hours between last meal and kapalbhati exercise. Then, it is better to wait for atleast 45 minutes after exercise to eat something.
