I usually practice the Sun salutation every morning on awakening, repeating it several times. It makes a great difference in my energy and helps me get rid of that stiffness in my neck and shoulders I have in the morning.

Now I'm pregnant, and some poses in the Sun Salutation cannot be performed during pregnancy. How can I modify it? I'd appreciate it if you could suggest a sequence of asanas to perform in the morning instead of the SS.
