You intend to ask about whether it would be safe to do yoga after pregnancy. Though you should consult your doctor if you want to do yoga for weight or body slimness reasons, usually doctors recommends at least six weeks gap after normal delivery and more than six weeks if it is cesarean delivery.

It is better if forget about aerobics classes or sessions at the gym until 3 months after delivery, and four months if you have had a cesarean section.  Some women desperately try to retain their identify as was before pregnancy and turn up at the gym within four weeks of childbirth only but they end up  exhausted in a pool of tears. Please do not stress yourself to push your bodies back into shape will reduce the milk supply. However, you can continue the exercise recommended by the hospital-physiotherapist when you get home.  You can give 10 minutes of your day to the exercise.  When you are ready for something more energetic low impact aerobics are more suitable than usual kind. Low-impact exercise does not include jumping bouncing movements which can stress your joints as well as further weaken pelvic floor muscles. Better to discuss with your physician.
