Yoga practice certainly help the quality of healthy life style which means physically, mentally and spiritually.Having balance with asanas like Tadasana for balance and Garudasana for improving the concentration and focus, warrior two for opening the heart and releasing tension from lower body.Must focus on deep breathing through nose.Surrendering with Savasana pose is extremely important to relax.
