I am still struggling with one leg balance poses after 2 years of yoga practice. It's worse on my left side , because I had a sciatica injury on that side. Still have numbness in the left foot , four years later. I was told that pigeon pose would fix it but that hasn't happened , and no visible improvement. My inversion balance poses is very good. Any ideas or suggestions for a 48 year old yogis?
