1. Detach self from mind and Intellect. Know that the mind and intellect are your servants/organs like hands, mouth and legs are your organs.Use your mind and intellect only when you need them. Other times, allow them to be quiet. This you can practice by staring/seeing at a point marked on a wall or just observing any thing without creating thoughts.
2. Maintain the stage of detached observer with ATTENTION and GOOD FEELINGS for self and others.
3. Try to maintain one thought at a time,If there are more thoughts to think, do all the thinking consciously and get back to one thought. ATTACH your mind with actions or thoughts and DETACH the mind other times.
4. If you cannot maintain single thought due to anxiety, worries, sadness, get support from others (like therapist, counselors or spiritual knowledge from Brahmakumaris) to apply full stop to repeating speed of thoughts.
5. Know that if you remain as you are with single thought, you are connected with God and can experience His powers and virtues as your consciousness/awareness becomes unlimited and light.
6. Do all actions with this unlimited awareness by knowing yourself as a point of light/silence/consciousness(at the centre of forehead-third eye) with a body of light like an angel.
7. This consciousness of double light will make all your day easy and light in all actions.
8. The more you remain in this double light consciousness, all your past sanskars will be transformed to pure habits and you will experience peace, love, happiness and bliss. You will never experience sorrow.
9. This spiritual effort is known as easy RAJA YOGA taught by God Himself and this effort can heal all your mental and physical illnesses.
