I've been practising yoga for 2 years and my flexibility is alright. However, I still can't achieve splits despite practising it regularly. Is it true that some people just cant do splits due to their hip bone structure?

It depends on the age when you start practising, as well as the anatomy of the body alongwith the diet you are taking. Climatic factors /weather also contribute to the flexibility.
