My age is 42 and I am male with slightly higher blood pressure and working in clerical occupation in Bhopal. Please let me know kapalbhati will suit me as now a days, kapalbhati is very famous.

Dear Brother, you can go for naada-anusandhana pranayama and naadhi shudhi pranayama initially and control your diet for your high blood pressure. Do these for 4-5 weeks and then you can give me feedback so that I will let you know when to start kapalbhati.
