I would like one to practice sarvangasana in terms of its easiness and effects as compared to shirshasana.
It is so called sarvangasana - सर्वांगासन - सर्व - सभी अंगो को लाभ पहूंचाने वाला आसन - asana that benefits all organs of the body. This asana maintains healthy thyroid and thereby general health. It facilitates the brain have good blood supply - effect similar as brought by shirshasana.
Asanas should at least first time be learnt by qualified yoga instructor.
