It appears that you are new to the discipline of yoga and exercise schedule.
It appears that you might have attempted yoga poses very much and the muscles have got under strain. The muscles would take their own time to recover from strain and soreness.
To acclerate its recovery, you can use ice therapy, i.e. you can rub ice cubes wrapped in polybag over sore areas for six or seven minutes in the morning and evening. Thereafter, you may have slight massage over those areas.
Try to give full relaxation to those areas.
As regards continuing the stretching the sore areas, I would prescribe to keep those areas at rest for three or four days more and then resume the exercise in light manner.
To avoid soreness and to maintain the flexibility, I would prescribe you to do light massage and warm ups like cycling, running, onthe spot jogging prior to yoga session. I would prescribe you to follow precaution of not overdoing any yoga pose to avoid over-strain. I would like to inform you that the principle "no pain no gain" has become obsolete now. so, it
would be better to do any physical exercise in gradual and light manner.
