Greetings. Thank you very much for your time. My main question is what, if any type of yoga I am practicing, or if it a combination of yoga and some other technique. I will outline my technique as clearly and quickly as possible.
I Work through the muscle groups individually and as a whole in the following manner, by the way, I am fairly flexible, slim and have good muscle movement control. I begin deep breathing and then, for example, stretch my arms, lats and shoulders in any position that provides the most stretch "pressure" for all body parts involved. I inhale as I stretch everything to maximum, and then exhale as I deeply and tightly as possible flex the muscles involved. The breathing and the movement start and stop together. The breathing and motions may take 4 to 6 seconds each, repeated as needed, mostly 5 or 6. Most moves are symmetrical with both sides of body in unison of full range motion. I spend 15 minutes working from neck to feet.
I have seen an increase in muscle definition quickly and my normal body state is much more relaxed after 15 minutes in the morning and 15 after work. I find the more you work to find a single muscle and develop controlled movement, the tone and definition of that muscle increases. Thank you for reading my question and I would truly appreciate any thoughts or advice. Thank You

Let the breath lead you to the physical move.Try to pause between inhale and exhale.Exhale should be deeper than inhale. No matter what kind of yoga technique you practice, alaway good in the end to have Savasana [Relaxation} pose. Surrender yourself completely. Bend your knees roll yourself to the right and stay fetus position for a second.press your left palm to lift yourself up and sit still few seconds to root your both but cheeks even on the mat or bolster.Bow your hands to your heart and to each other. Namaste

You are doing perfectly right. You can practice the combination of isometric exercise and isotonic exercise or aerobic (yoga etc.) with anaerobic (weight lifting, etc.). Doing both types of exercises will help toning the muscles of the limbs as well as internal vital organs and will complement each other.
