can any yoga technique help me in beating this hot weather?  Here the temperature is rising beyond 45 degree. Heat waves are not bearable.

That's great that you are looking for yogic solution.

First of all ensure that you should be hydrated well alongwith the glucose and salt.

For yogic techniques, there are cooling pranayamas you can practice to beat the heat:

(i) Chandra Bedhana Pranayama

(ii) Sheetali

(iii) Sheetkari

(iv) Sadanta Pranayama

Let me explain one by one each pranayama on how to do them:

(i) Chandrabhedana Pranayama

Chandra means moon so its objective is cooling the body system. In this pranayama, inhale through left nostrils and exhale through right nostrils. That's it.

(ii) Sheetali

Extend the tongue outside your moth as far as possible, but without any strain. Roll the sides of the tongue so that it forms a tube. Inhale through this tube and close the mouth and then exhale through the nose. This is one round. In this so much hot, you can slowly increase the number of rounds from 9 to 15.

(iii) Sheetkari

Hold the teeth lightly together - separate the lips so that teeth are exposed, keeping the tongue flat or folded against the soft palate. Now, inhale through the side openings of teeth. Close the mouth and exhale slowly through the nose. This is one round.

Both the pranayamas - sheetali and sheetkari also helps in thirst and induces muscular relaxation.

(iv) Sadanta Pranayama

Hold the teeth lightly together, inhale slowly and continuously through the crevices of the teeth. Close the mouth and exhale through the nose.  Apart from cooling the system, when you feel any sort of mental anxiety and tension, it helps.

If you have asthma, or sinusitis or any respiratory disorder, please consult your physicians first.
