i am an ibs sufferer 4 de past 10 yrs. i am now planing to practice pranayama. but i cant evacuate my bowels normally may be i cant completely(as u know its a symptom of ibs-altering diarhea and constipation). i read dat its not good if one do pranayama or asanas without completley evacuated in morning. but if one practise asanas or pranayama in order to relieve from constipation, how can same person make it sure dat  everyday he do his practice after de complete evacuation? if dat can happen why dat person go for therapuetic effect of yoga?

  i can evacuate only after doin pranayama or yoga asanas. thats de only possibility. is der any problem with dat?

i was once a normal guy who was in a perfect health eating all foods as others. at the age of 20, i came to read abt the "bull shit" philosophy of ayurveda like these..(pls forgive 4 dese statements as i "suffered a lot in my life believing in these")

1.dont eat more than 2 meals a day as it will cause indigestion. that too with a "half-stomach" food.(i am imitating principle-those who ate 3 times "rogi",2times "bhogi", and 1 times "yogi"..

2.dont masturbate as it will make u early die.

3.dont eat spicy food, fried foods, bakery foods etc as it will cause indigestion.

i started to beleive in these wen i first came to "know" about these doctrines and i shocked. becuz i was juz opposite as any other persons to these doctrines at dat time. i got "feared" in anything and everything around me and whatever i ate i thought about it and become anxious..and it lead to complete bloatness and digestive disorders and ibs..which killed me almost. i dont know sir, whether u believe it or not. but its a fact.

but i started to do yoga asanas which give some relief after i do asanas but still my digestive condition in worse dats y i decided to make a try at pranayama. but sir even if i hates these aove mentioned "doctrines" now, i love yoga asanas and pranayama. becuz i felt it good by experience as i felt the above doctrines bad by my experience. and my friends who doesnt came to "know" or had the courage to disbelieve these doctrines at that time  are now in perfect health with enjoying thier life.

why these food restrictions and frequency of eating is imposed by ayurveda? i myself felt that digestion is all with our mind ..if we feel dat and think dat the food we eat are excess it is hard to digest and will cause indigestion and by chance if we tuk some fried foods or bakery foods or spicy foods, we think abt it and eventually disorder happens. why ayurveda is killing people dat way?

in western countries and africas they doesnt know these "doctrines" , and they eat everyting with pleasure and live healthy life and even in our surroundings there are lot of "low educated" people who doesnt had a chance to know about these valuable "doctrines" lived with eating all the thing came to them and they had small small fevers only and ofcourse  wen they at late 70s or 80s they may have got diseases as the part of old age,but they never lost thier digestive power or had digestive disease at age of 20 like me and suffered as me.

doesnt some are lies that these ayurveda/yoga preaching..

regarding yoga also there were also many "fearing techniques" for lay people so dat they dont practice it much and it shud reside only with sages and kings.
that to is now uncovering due to some bold decisions of swami ramdev and sri sri to make pranayama public. in ancient times how much things are spread like doing pranayama with out mastering asana can lead to even mental problem and if some mistake happens in practice it will create mental disease like dat..
why these yoga and ayurveda make "fear" in people. dont we can think that a person can eat everything he get(that doesnt bite him) (but a no no to alchohol and smoking)
, masturbate to love himself,do all the BASIC yoga and pranayama(its ok one should do advanced and complicated asanas and pranayama with the help of a teacher only) etc etc?

isnt it will give a better life for a person?
and it will keep every man s mind cool without fear and happy and can live long?
