I practice yoga for at least thrice a week. I am soon going to teach yoga for some foreigners. For that i need to know the requirements of an yoga hall. Like mirror, good music, and so on. I'd also like to know how to start yoga for beginners. I'd be very thankful, if you can please help me with above questions.

Yoga room should feel like holistic, calm and peaceful area in the house.Enough place to practice simple poses.two bolsters and two blocks if possible.Soothing light to the eyes and plenty. of place to practice savanna which is the most important pose for relaxation.Gardenia or jasmine  or rose pure oil if can be used to have pleasant aroma.no strong essential oils please.Sitting position should be comfortable with bolster or bocks. It depends upon the place and how big you need.No hard fast rules.Make it spiritual with your practice.Vibrations add peace, joy and comfort.
