I would suggest you to go for yoga as it does not have any side effect and work on all the levels - physical and mind level - that is it keeps physique and mind both strong and beautiful as you wish to have.
To tone up all the vitalorgans you may do all the basic asanas - like - padmasana, ushtrasana, chakrasana, pawanmuktasana, vajrasana, katichakrasana, etc.
To increase muscle mass, you may do other asanas wherein you can increase the duration of asana with your own weight like uthithpadmasana where you life you body in padamasana on hands which will develop your biceps/triceps.
Pranayama will help you in improving cardio-respiratory fitness as well as mental efficiency.
If you want to go for professional body building, then gym would be needed but do alongwith yoga so that the side effects of weight lifting are neutralised by the practice of yoga.
