Thanks for reminding here. We are going to start online yoga classes from 1st May, 2022 that is absolutely Free of cost.  Our way of teaching yoga is somewhat different that is quite evident from our steps which we follow before starting the yoga classes:

  1. Classes are free but registrations are mandatory. This is because we need to have complete case history of the yoga participants so that we can know them and customize the class accordingly. The registration is done using the form https://forms.gle/wD1S2onVLxRdRnb48. They are then requested to subscribe to the Telegram Channel (https://t.me/yogaadhaar) on Free Online Yoga Classes to get the updates.
  2. Then we fix a small introductory one to one online meeting to know more about the participant that helps to know each other as well as counsel them.  This meeting is about 5-10 minutes each.
  3. The first one and a half week class includes only sukshama Vyayama that are about 48 exercises which were developed by Swami Dhirender Brahmachaari, a disciple of Maharishi Kartikeya Ji.
  4. After the participants are well versed with sukshama vyayama, basic asanas are taught for the next two weeks that suit their physiology.
  5. Then, pranayama is taught starting with deep breathing and naadhi shuddhi and all other basic seven pranayamas at the end of every class, followed by relaxation.
  6. Thus the whole class is of 40-45 minutes only, which is customized as per the requirements of the class.
