The uterus and the bladder are held in their normal positions just above the inside end of the vagina by supportive muscles and ligaments. Wear and tear on these supportive structures in the pelvis can allow the bottom of the uterus, the floor of the bladder or both to sag through the muscle and ligament layers.  When this occurs, the uterus or bladder can create a bulge into the vagina. In severe cases, sometimes, uterus or bladder sags down more to even reach the vagina's opening.  When the uterus sags downward, it is called uterine prolapse. When the bladder sags, it is called bladder prolapse.   So, it is the pelvic muscles and ligament that are to be strengthened to prevent prolapse. Mild to moderate prolapses without symptoms need no treatment.

With its deep contractions of the abdomen and pelvic floor, agni sara targets the abdominal organs. Yes, its practice helps in prevention of prolapses.  But I am not sure if agni sara kriya can help you with urinary bladder prolapse. Instead, you should not do it until it is justified by your physician.

So, you should consult your physicians to discuss about your issue of urinary bladder prolapse and get properly diagnosis and s/he may guide if kegel exercises can help depending upon the gravity of the issue.  Kegel exercises can be done to tighten pelvic floor muscles and strengthen muscles supporting the bladder and vagina.  Avoid straining during bowel movements, heavy lifting, coughing, and you should avoid development of constipation and this can be prevented by eating high-fiber foods.
