I suffer from multiple problems (Fibromyalgia, aches, pains, some arthritis, etc). I am a 34 yr old female and recently I read an article on RESTORATIVE YOGA. It sounded very interesting to me and I would like to know more about it and where I can find out how to do it, etc. Thanks.

Restore yoga provides physical and mental balance.It helps to release stress and anxiety.Staying longer in the position and relaxing with props like blankets or bolsters.Focusing on breath ,warming up slowly and the staying in position is an ideal way to practice restore yoga.main thing is to feel comfortable in the position and surrendering yourself.Right alignment lying down face up and using double fold blanket behind the shoulder blades to expand the chest and use bolster behind thighs to support the lower back.Shoulders must have space between ears and Chest.
