Please clear my points in respect of the following:
(i) if you are under any medication?
(ii) If you suffer from any allergy, eyestrain, any infection?
(iii) If you suffer from low blood sugar, anaemia or shoulder, neck and scalp muscles pain?
However, before you send clarification here for the above questions, I have designed some rough suggestions for you, you may try those suggestions to be incorporated in your lifestyle according to your convenience:
(i) Start your day with a glass of water (warm in winter) mixed with a teaspoonful of honey in the early morning.
(ii) You may take fruits and a glass of milk in the breakfast or alternatively, you may opt for steamed sprouts alongwith a glass of milk.
(iii) In the midmorning, you may opt for fruits other than those you opt for morning breakfast.
(iv) You may add a bowl of freshly prepared steamed vegetables in your lunch and whole-wheat chappatis.
(v) In the evening or midafternoon, you may take carrot juice mixed with spinach juice (in the ratio of 2:3), if available. Alternatively, you may take coconut water.
(vi) You may add a bowl of fresh green vegetables salad in your dinner.
(vii) Do jalaneti (as you may knowing about it, being yoga enthusiasts) in the morning twice a week. Pour 2-3 drops of melted and slightly warm butter through nostrils while lying in such a way that your head be lowered than the body level and stay for some moments so that the butter be absorbed; this should be practiced in the morning and evening on the days you do jalaneti.
(viii) During yoga session, do naadi-shodan (alternate breathing) pranayama but without kumbhaka.
(ix) Try to take as much as fresh air in the early morning. Try to practice progressive relaxation also in the morning, as per your convenience.
(x) You may try to replace tea / coffee by taking ginger water - boil a piece of ginger in a cupful of water for few minutes and then add sugar.
(xi) Try to avoid white flour products and sweets. I know this is your weak point to avoid. But still reduce slowly and slowly, little by little, little and little but not at once.
(xii) You may try to take a teaspoonful of Triphala alongwith a glass of warm water once a week at night just before going to bed.
(xiii) Massage your neck, shoulder muscles and the temple areas frequently.
