In dengue after 3-4 days after infection, there is internal dehydration in the body. Therefore, you should only focus on rehydration in the body for every 15-20 minutes using 3/4th glass of fruit juice, lemon water, coconut water, salt+sugar water, vegetable soups, etc. Also check when the patient has gone for urination. If he/she has not gone for more than 5 hours, then it indicates dehydration and there should be immediate rehydration for every 15-20 minutes. In severe dehydration, one should be hospitalised for IV fluids.

As regards the yogasana, one should prevent exercise/ yoga for this duration. Just make sure that there should not be dehydration in the body during dengue.

During dengue or any fever, I suggest not to do any yoga but rest.

The comment added here anonymously is important to be noted down. Just keep noticing that the patient is going for urine regularly and periodicially else there is symptom of dehydration which can be fatal if ignored for long time. To beat dehydration, reach doctor and simultaneously give him water every 15-20 minutes in different form as suggested in the comments - like fruit juice, lemon water, coconut water, salt+sugar water, vegetable soups. But do all these under your doctors advice.

Yoga and Naturopathy suggests to take the following

1.liquid diets like fruit juices, tender coconut water, lemon or honey water or wheat grass juice or any other liquid to avoid dehydration.
2. Plain luke warm water enema can be taken daily for few days to accelerate detoxification as toxicity /morbidity in the body is the only cause of  disease as per naturopathy.
3. Ice cold wet pack on the forehead and abdomen for high fever, to prevent high grade temperature and its effects.
4. Patient can also practice Nadishudhi/ Anuloma viloma pranayama,Sitali & Sitkari and Bhramari pranayama (may be each 9 rounds twice daily) - only if the patient can do it easily.
