Our hands and feet have pressure points corresponding to the main organs of the body.  These points are sensitive to touch pressures which if massaged relieve us from various ailments corresponding to the organs. These pressure points should be pressed regularly to keep your organs activated at all times.  Each specific accu-point has relation to specific organ and therefore alleviates the same if properly massaged.  So, instead of massaging specific points on hands, general line of treatment measure suggests clapping therapy to facilitate massaging of all the points of the hands.

Some studies have also been carried out advocating the benefits of clapping therapy, please refer to this URL - http://www.askyogaexpert.org/answers2questions/therapeutic-clapping

Caution: If blood pressure exceeds diastolic : 200 systolic : 100, do not use acupressure at all. Instead use accupressure as preventive measure.

You can use the jala mudra and hridya mudra for blood pressure disorders - you can also refer to one answer at http://www.askyogaexpert.org/answers2questions/86/can-you-explain-all-the-mudras-one-by-one
