  • Gomukhasana
  • Makarasana
  • Bhujangansana
  • Shalabhasana
  • Dhanurasana
  • Setubandhasana
  • Matasayasana
  • Shavasana

Naadishuddhi pranayama will be helpful. Meditation - Breathe awareness, Om Meditation or guided Meditation will produce specific physiological response pattern that involves biological systems to cause assistance for spinal problems.

The above should be done under guidance of qualified yoga instructor/ therapist if the ailment is severe or any deformity or ankolysing spondylitis.
