Place the tips of the index fingers at the root of the thumbs, as in gyan mudra and join the tips of the middle and ring fingers to the tips of the thumbs so they placed side by side. The little finger remains straight place the hands on th eknees withthe palms facing upward duration of the practice -30 minutes.

Effects
This mudra diverts the flow of prana from the hands to the heart raea, improving the physical heart. The middle and ring fingers relate directly to nadis connected with the heart while the thumb closes the pranic circuit and acts as energizer. The heart mudra is beneficial for heart ailments.
