I am currently 19 years old and I've been practicing yoga regularly for the past
few months and I just wanted to ask a question regarding the consistency
and practice of yoga. I have a very schedule, and I go to school on a daily
basis but I always manage to fit in about 2 hours a day on practicing yoga.
However, while 2 hours is a lot, it's probably not enough to get through all
the yoga poses ever created! I want to increase my flexibility, endurance,
strength, basically everything that is involved with the benefits of yoga, but
it's so hard for me to pick the poses that work best for me on a routine. I
have bought some yoga DVDs from Amazon that focus on specifics, such as
one called "flex and stress", and another called "power and endurance", and
basically, I've been doing the flex and stress video every other day and the
other video on the opposite days. I don't know if this is the best way to
practice yoga poses and stretchings to maximize my potential capabilites and
I just wanted to ask you for your opinion on how I should go about practicing
my yoga.

For example, I imagine if I practiced doing the warrior 2 stance everyday my
legs would become very strong, however, I don't know if I would receive the
same benefits if I only did the warrior 2 stance every ohter day.
