I am suffering from L5-S1 retrolisthesis.We have tried homeopathy,allopathy,physiotherapy.Now I am taking ayurveda medicines.My ailment has improved and there is much reduction in pains and immobility.But still pains are there.I have heard a lot that yoga helps a lot.Please suggest which yoga exercises would help me.
